Our product utilizes a proprietary blend of softeners, specially formulated to provide superior abrasion resistance, enhanced durability, and improved strength. This unique blend also enhances the fabric’s softness and sewability, ensuring a high-quality feel without the need for resin. TOUGH COTTON™ delivers long-lasting resilience, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications while maintaining comfort and ease of wear.

Martindale Abrasion Test with Trizact™ Abrasive
Testing Durability
TOUGH COTTON™ Technology knits are tested using a modified ASTM D4966 standard, where the wool abradant is replaced with 3M™ TRIZACT™ to simulate a harsher surface. For knit fabrics, durability improvements are demonstrated by a 2X increase in Martindale abrasion resistance compared to the control at 20 HLTD, meeting the specification for knits.
